About us 

We are focused on teaching the Word and equipping every believer to go share the Gospel as Christ has directed us.

There are other churches you can choose from, those with “Family Life Centers” to large programs for children and youth. But a Knob Creek we will nurture the young, challenge the older, and have fun while doing this.

We hope you never hear a member say, “we never did that before.” We love mission trips whether to the Children’s home, or an outing to Yoder’s in Greene or a mission trips to the impoverished coal mining area of War West Virginia.

Mission Involvement 

We at KCBC are involved in several missions. As a member of The Southern Baptist Convention, we prayerfully and financially support their missions along with other local missions :

Our History 

Knob Creek Baptist Church (KCBC) is and has been Serving the Knob Creek and surrounding community for over 150 years. Our original sanctuary building was built in the late 1800s And our present Sanctuary was built in 1946 and the education addition in 1970s. Our Pastor will deliver his sermon most of the time from the King James Bible but he will use other translations to help us understand what is being said.
